Artikulo para sa kalusugan mula sa "March Against Monsanto"


March Against Monsanto ay isang pandaigdigang kilusan laban sa Monsanto Corporation at GMO. Sino ba itong Monsanto Corporation at bakit nag karoon ng kilusan laban sa kumpanyang ito at bakit pandaigdigan.

Nabuhay ang kilusang ito sa pangunguna ni Tami Canal ng magkaroon ng di pagpapatupad sa California Proposition 37 , na kung saan itinatakda nito na magkaroon ng "label" ang mga "Genetically Modified Organisms na produkto.  Salungat ang batas na ito sa "Monsanto Protection Act" na ayaw ng Monsanto na malaman ng mamamayan na mga produkto ay nag- lalaman ng "GMO". 

Mula dito tuloy tuloy hanggang sa kasalukuyan ang pag laban ng "MAM" laban sa Monsanto , patuloy na pangangampanya nito para maunawaan ng tao ang GMO at makaisa ang mga consumers na huwag tangkilikin ang Monsanto at GMO. 

ANO ANG GMO? ( GENETICALLY MODIFIED ORGANISMS)

Organisms that have been genetically modified include micro-organisms such as bacteria and yeast, insects, plants, fish, and mammals. GMOs are the source of genetically modified foods and are also widely used in scientific research and to produce goods other than food. The term GMO is very close to the technical legal term, 'living modified organism' defined in the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, which regulates international trade in living GMOs (specifically, "any living organism that possesses a novel combination of genetic material obtained through the use of modern biotechnology").

Ang GMO ay sumasaklaw sa lahat ng organismo kung kaya't  malaking bahagi dito ang pagkain at pinagmumulan ng pagkain sa lupa at sa tubig. Ang pananaw ng "MAM'  ang lahat ng GMO's lalo na pagdating sa pagkain ay sumisira sa angking sustansiya nito at bagkus nagdudulot pa ng sakit. Bukod dito ang mga gamit  para sa mga tanim "halimbawa pesticides ay  lalong umaapekto sa mga pagkain at hindi lang pagkain pati na ang natural na kalikasan. Kung kaya't ang laban ng MAM ay lagyan ng label ang lahat ng produkto na may GMO'  ngunit ayaw pumayag ng Monsanto, kahit milyon milyong dolyar ang gastusin nito mapanatili lang na ligaw ang tao kung aling produkto ang may GMO's.

Kailangang alagaan ang mga Buto sa katawan

Dahil sa natalakay natin sa nakaraan ang tungkol sa " atritis" nararapat lang na bigyan natin ng pansin ang mga buto ng ating katawan dahil mas lalong  maging malala ang ating "atritis" kung ang buto mismo ay mahina o humihina na ang struktura lalo na kapag nagkakaidad na ang isang tao.

As you age, the bones in your body start to become tender, weak, thin and fragile. The bones become more prone to fracture and breakage as you age. It is very difficult to imagine a person without bones. You will not be able to walk, run, stand up or talk without the bones in your body. The framework of your body is made up of bones and there are a total of about 206 bones in a human body. It is the bones that provide the necessary strength and the support to maintain your body to be upright. It is also important for the protection of your internal organs like the heart and the lungs. As the bones are very important for carrying out many of the vital functions of the body, it is highly important for you to keep them strong and healthy.
 

What Are Bones?

Bones are living tissues inside your body that gives your body the right framework and posture. It is made up of living cells like collagen as well as non living minerals like calcium. It is due to the deficiency in calcium that many people experience bone problems when they age. A natural process known as “bone re-modeling” takes place throughout your life wherein your bones will break down and re-build all by itself. You will never know such a process is happening inside your body. So, new bones will develop in your body during the break down and re-building process. It is highly important for the breakdown and the re-building process to maintain a perfect balance and to keep your body’s bone mass intact. If there is more of bones break down than bone re-building activity, then you are bound to suffer from bone loss. So, it is important for you to make sure that there are fewer breakdowns of your bones inside the body so that you will be able to protect your bone strength.

When you were young, the re-modeling process of your bones took place at a rapid pace and more bone tissues were built than what you lost. It is in the twenties and the thirties that your bone mass reaches its maximum capacity. But as you grow older, the bone breakdown will be more than the bone re-building and hence your bones will start to become thinner in size. If your bone starts to become thinner, then in the due course of time, there are high chances of you suffering from bone fractures. Most of the men and women tend to lose a lot of calcium deposits in their bones after 40 years of age. It is seen that women after menopause tend to lose more calcium from their bones than men. There would be a significant drop in the production of oestrogen hormone in females over 40 years of age and this will lead to bones loosing calcium and other essential minerals at a rapid pace. It is also quite dangerous for young women to undergo a strict diet regimen and intense exercising as they will not be able to produce the oestrogen hormones in required proportions. There will be a sufficient amount of calcium loss in pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers.


Osteoporosis

In some men and women, especially in women, the process of replacement of bones will not take place at a rapid pace like when they were in their teens and this will result in causing major bone disorders like osteoporosis. There are known and tell tale symptoms that will indicate that you are suffering from osteoporosis. You will only realize that you are a victim of osteoporosis once it gets well advanced in your body. You might suffer from a fractured hip or spine or pelvis or upper arm and the recovery would be a very slow process. If your bone mineral density is lower than normal to a certain extent, then they are signs of osteopenia. But, if your bone density reading is very low, then here is no doubt that you are suffering from a much serious disease called osteoporosis. The bone mass or bone density will be at its peak when you touch early thirties and will see a decline afterwards. So, it would be ideal for you to undergo a bone density test in your later half of thirties to determine the bone strength sand bone mass. As you age, your body will need more calcium and minerals. If it does not get the sufficient amount of calcium it needs through food intake, it will start to absorb the calcium and minerals from your bones. This will make your bones to grow weaker and might even lead to osteoporosis later.
Some of the risk factors that indicate that you might be a victim of osteoporosis are:

    Having a thinner and smaller framework
    Inactive lifestyle
    Being a female
    Smoking and consumption of alcohol
    Low calcium in your diet
    Early menopause
    Family history of osteoporosis.

Some Causes Of Osteoporosis

There is no single cause for osteoporosis. The causes might differ from person to person depending on their age, lifestyle, family medical history and so on. There are quite a few lifestyle habits that could be the cause of bone weakening.

    Excessive dieting
    Excessive consumption of alcohol
    Increase in the intake of caffeine
    Use of tobacco and exposure to secondhand smoke very often
    Rigorous exercising
    Irregular and abnormal eating habits
    Intake of  a lot of protein
    Phosphorus imbalance

Prevention Of Bone Loss

It is highly important for you to first understand that osteoporosis is a serious and painful illness and hence it is very important for you to know the tips to prevent the disease from catching you. It is important for you to carry out weight bearing exercise like walking, jogging, or playing tennis. It is ideal for you to exercise regularly. But, never over do your exercise.  It is ideal for you to quit smoking all together and to drink alcohol in moderation. Above all, it is very important for you to eat a balanced diet that is rich in calcium and Vitamin D.
Foods That Improves Bone Strength
 

Milk

All the dairy products are rich in calcium. Milk is a rich source of calcium which is necessary for the strengthening of our bones. One cup non-fat milk contains 300 mg of calcium. This gives 30 % of your daily needed dose of calcium. Milk which is fortified with Vitamin D is especially useful for bone strength. Vitamin D helps in the absorption of calcium from the food we eat and hence vitamin D is necessary for developing bone strength and preventing conditions like osteoporosis.  If you are reluctant to drink milk you can use it in smoothies and shakes.
 

Cheese

This food is full of calcium but they are packed with calories. So it is necessary to consume this food in moderation. Even 1.5 ounces of cheddar cheese will be able to provide 30% of your daily intake. The vitamin D content is very less in cheese. So you may need additional supply of vitamin D when you are consuming cheese for your daily supply of calcium.
 

Yogurt

Yogurt is a better source of calcium than milk. One cup yogurt contains 300-400 mg of calcium. Yogurt, which is fortified with vitamin D, is a good option as they provide your body with calcium and vitamin D. The presence of vitamin D helps in the absorption of Calcium.  The Greek yogurts do not have sufficient calcium and vitamin D.
 

Sardines

These small varieties of sea fish have high levels of calcium in them. They have savory taste but can be consumed by integrating them into pastas or salads.  They are really the cheapest and best source of calcium. They are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. These fish are rich in fish oils and they provide 324 mg of calcium in just 3 ounces of sardines with the bones. It is necessary that you consume at least a small portion of the bones of sardines if you want to get a good supply of calcium.


Salmon

Salmon also contains a good amount of calcium but lesser than that in sardines. If you do not like sardines you can include salmons in your diet. In 3 ounces of salmon with bones there are 181mg of calcium. Salmons are good for your bones as well as for your heart.


Tuna


Tuna is a fatty fish and is rich in vitamin D. Three ounces of canned Tuna can provide 39 % of the daily dose needed by your body.


Spinach

If you do not like fish or dairy products, there are still different sources which help you to get enough calcium needed by the body. One among them is spinach. Spinach contains calcium, iron and fiber and vitamin A. Just one cup of cooked spinach can provide 25% of your daily calcium requirement.


Collard Greens
Like spinach, this leafy green also provides 25% of calcium needed by the body. You can consume it in the way you need. You can make healthy frittata or you can opt for other healthy preparations using collard greens.


Eggs

Eggs contain 6% of your daily need of vitamin D. They are the easiest way to get some vitamin D. If you want to get benefitted by eating eggs, you should consume the egg yolk as well.  This is because the vitamin D is stored in the yolk.


Fortified Cereal


Many vegetarians cannot consume fish to get the calcium needed by their body. For them, one of the best sources of calcium is the vitamin D fortified cereals.  The whole wheat, and other cereals are fortified with calcium and vitamin D provide nutrient enriched breakfast. The added calcium and vitamin in these cereals increase the benefit of medications for bone loss and the exercises which help to strengthen the bones.


Orange Juice

Orange juice is really a poor source of calcium. However the fortified orange juices are a good source of calcium. Moreover the ascorbic acid present in orange juice promotes the absorption of calcium from the food.  A glass of fortified orange juice may provide 200-340 mg of calcium

Soybeans and Tofu

Soybeans are rich in calcium you can consume soy in any form. There is soy milk, tofu which will supply a good amount of calcium. Tofu and soymilk contain more than 250mg of calcium per serving.


Blackstrap Molasses


These molasses are used as sweeteners and they provide 137mg of calcium per tablespoon. It is considered as a super food for health. It is rich in iron and calcium. You can add it various food preparations.


Almond

Almonds as whole and as almond butter provide good amount of calcium to our body. ¼ cup of whole almonds will have 94mg of calcium and 2 tablespoons of almond butter contains 111mg of calcium.


Oysters

They are low in food energy but is an excellent source of calcium, iron and selenium. They can be eaten raw, boiled, baked, smoked or in many other ways. They have maximum nutrient value when eaten raw.


Sesame seeds

Though these seeds are rich in fat content, they also provide about 35 % of our daily value of calcium.


Turnip Greens


It has been found that one cup of cooked turnip green contains 197 mg of calcium and hence are an excellent source of calcium in our diet.  You need a dose of at least 1200 mg of calcium every day for achieving good bone health. It is better to split the consumption in to 400 mg three times a day as our body cannot absorb more than 500 mg of calcium at a time.


Kale

It is a plant related to cabbage and provides 9% of the daily value of calcium required by the body. This is also an excellent source of anti-oxidants.


Lemon

This fruit is an excellent source of vitamin C, calcium, iron, riboflavin etc.  They help to prevent the erosion of calcium from bones.

Do you want to escape from the bone loss and osteoporosis in the later stages of life? Then you have to include different sources of calcium and vitamin D in your diet and should also follow an appropriate excise regime to strengthen your bones.

"An allergy is a hypersensitivity disorder of the immune system.[1] Symptoms include red eyes, itchiness, and runny nose, eczema, hives, or an asthma attack. Allergies can play a major role in conditions such as asthma. In some people, severe allergies to environmental or dietary allergens or to medication may result in life-threatening reactions called anaphylaxis. Food allergies and reactions to the venom of stinging insects such as wasps and bees are more often associated with these severe reactions.[2] Not all reactions or intolerances are forms of allergy.[3]

Allergic reactions occur when a person's immune system reacts to normally harmless substances in the environment. A substance that causes a reaction is called an allergen. These reactions are acquired, predictable, and rapid. Allergy is one of four forms of hypersensitivity and is formally called type I (or immediate) hypersensitivity. Allergic reactions are distinctive because of excessive activation of certain white blood cells called mast cells and basophils by a type of antibody called Immunoglobulin E (IgE). This reaction results in an inflammatory response which can range from uncomfortable to dangerous.

Treatments for allergies include avoiding known allergens, steroids that modify the immune system in general, and medications such as antihistamines and decongestants which reduce symptoms. Many of these medications are taken by mouth, although epinephrine, which is used to treat anaphylactic reactions, is injected. Immunotherapy uses injected allergens to desensitize the body's response. Mild allergies like hay fever are very common."

Ang depinisyon ng "allergy" ay nangangahulugan na ang isang taong may "allergic reaction" sa isang bagay na dapat ay "harmless" naman sa kanila ay nagkakasakit sila o may kakaibang reaction ang kanilang katawan na kakaiba sa karamihan ng mga tao.  Ang kanilang katawan ay may "hypersensitivity disorder of the immune system"  Isang uri ng kahinaan na kung saan may reaction ang immune system na gumagalaw na kakaiba sa pangkaraniwang tao.   

Ang bagay na nagtutulak na magpakita ng allergic reaction ang isang tao ay tinatawag na "allergin" , ito ay marami , katulad ng alikabok , usok , masamang amoy,  o masandang na amoy,  o iba pa. Ayon  sa wikipedia ang lunas na naisasagawa sa ngayon ay  pag iwas sa mga allergens, steroid na inaayos ang immune system at mga gamot katulad ng anti - histamines at decongenstants


ISANG KARANASAN SA ALLERGY: 


Madali akong sipunin lalo na pag natapat ako sa hangin na galing electric fan o . dahil sa sobrang lamig ng aircon. Mayroon din akong  morning sickness kung saan ako nagbabahin  at mayroon akong sipon  paggising umaga. Di naman ito nagtatagal  mga ilang oras lang ay .nawawala na ang pagbahin ko at pagtulo ng sipon.

Allergic din ako sa  amoy ng mantika ng pinipritong isda,  alikabok sa tuwing naglilinis ako ng bahay , ,usok ng sasakyan at ng masangsang na amoy ng pabango at ng mabahong amoy.
Ang ginagawa ko lang pag nagbabahin ako at sinisipon umiinom ako lagi ng tubig, minsan kalamansi juice at kusa na rin nawawala ang pagbabahin ko at sipon, kaya di ako nawawalan ng tissue paper sa bag ko dahil nga madali akong maallergy at sipunin. Sa mga iba pang pinag mumulan ng aking allergy,  nawawala naman kapag  nalayo na ako at di na nakakaapekto sa akin ang mga "allergens".

Among children, the incidence of food allergies has risen by 50% between 1997 and and 2011. In The UK, one in three citizens has an allergy to something, be it mold, dust mites, pollen or food. Some research has been able to draw a parallel between the rise in allergies and increased antibiotic use, but a new study shows that exposure to antibiotics early on in life increases the risk of eczema by 40%.

New research also shows that GMO foods destroy gut bacteria, which promotes allergies. Bacteria like Clostridia help prevent sensitization to food allergies. Chemicals like glyphosoate can also play a role in creating food allergies.

It goes to show the danger of large-scale agriculture and factory farmed meat. Take a moment to tell congress to end the use of antibiotics in factory farms.

Rayuma o Atritis nuong bata pa ako at ngayon

                                                                                                                                                             Hindi ko  matandaan kung 7 o 8 na ang idad ko ng maranasan ko ang laging pagsakit ng kaliwang hita ko malapit sa tuhod.   Ang natatandaan ko sa tuwing sinusumpong ako ng pagkirot ng hita ko sabi ni tatay gely ito daw ay rayuma.  Ang ginagawang panggamot ni Tatay Gely ay  dinikdik na luya , nilalagyan ng langis ng niyog at  ito ay itinatapal sa hita ko at binabalutan ng lampin para hindi mahulog ang luya.  Yon lamang at ng lumaon ay nawala na ang  kirot ng hita ko at sa pagkaalam ko napagaling ako ng tatay ko sa pamamagitan ng pagtapal ng luya nakaramdam ako ng ginhawa at matinding init. 

Nitong may idad na ako Setyembre 16, 2014 hindi ko inaasahan na muli kong maramdaman ang sabi ng Tatay Gely ko na "rayuma" o atritis" dahil  masakit at makirot ang aking kanang paa at nahirapan akong  umakyat at bumababa ng hagdan , nadagdag pa dito ang pagsakit ng aking mga braso at lkod na tagos sa leeg , naramdaman ko din  sa leeg na may tunog kapag iniikot ko ito. 

Dahil sa mga nararamdaman ko nag pamasahe ako sa isang SPA center at nag pabendosa ko sa palagay ko ay makakapagbigay ng ginhawa sa pakiramdam.  Naniniwala akong may lamig ako sa katawan kaya  ako may masamang mga nararamdaman. Ilan sa mga natutukoy kong pinanggalingan ng lamig  ay pagpapalamig sa aircon na kuwarto pagkatapos magluto,  naglilinis ng bahay at kahit pagod naliligo ng tubig sa gripo. Iniwasan ko na ang sa tingin ko ay nagbibigay ng lamig sa katawan.

Ang  ilang pananakit sa katawan ay nawala naman ngunit ang  pananakit ng leeg ay hindi.  Nagkakaroon ito ng  pagkirot na tagos sa balikat at likod.  Nabahala na ako dito kaya't  naisip ko nang mag patingin sa  U.S.T . binigyan ako ng gamot Norgesic Forte 50 mg 3 times a day ito ay muscle relaxant at pag alis ng kirot , pina xray din ako. Sa xray kinunan ang likod ng leeg, patagilid kanan at kaliwa. Ayon sa resulta ng x -ray ito ang naging clinical evaluation o impression;





 CERVICAL SPINE ( APLO)
 straightened cervical alignment with narrowing of the C7-T1 on the left.
The rest of vertebral height and disk spaces are preserved.

IMPRESSION;
 SPONDYLOSIS ,C7-T1 ,left
at ng mabasa ni doctor ,nirekomenda na pumunta ako sa rehabilitaion at ako nagkaroon ng physical examinaton 

Natukoy na may pamamaga na sa leeg at balikat , sinabi na kailangan kong mag parehab ng mga anim na beses at patuloy din na inumin ang gamot para maalis din ang pamamaga. Ang IMPRESSION na tinawag na SPONDYLOSIS ay isang sakit na ARTHRITIS sa leeg, Ito ay ang sakit ng dating pangulo Gloria Macapagal Arroyo bagamat mas malala iyon. ( mababasa ang tungkol sa spondylosis dito sa SPH sa nakaraang artikulo).

Ito ang ginagawa sa theraphy , tawag ng duktor dito ay ultrasound , nilagyan ako ng aparato sa gitna ng likod ko , sa balikat  at may mga wiring para ma- monitor ang init na ibibigay ng aparato. Kaya't maaring timplahin ang init na kakayanin na maaring i adjust dahil mayroon itong pindutan. Binalutan din ng makapal na tuwalya ang kaliwa at kanan kong balikat.  Ang aparato ay nagbibigay ng matinding init na umabot ng mga 20 minuto. Pagkatapos nito ay minasahe ng duktor ang lugar na kung saan mayroong pamamaga. Ang  theraphy na ito ay isasagawa pa ng limang beses para mabigyang lunas ang pamamaga at pananakit sa balikat at leeg.

Ang susunod na theraphy ay may pagitan pa na mga tatlong araw kung kaya't naimungkahi ng aking asawa na mag tapal na rin ng luya , para makatulong na rin sa pag alis ng pamamaga. Dahil pagkatapos ng theraphy ay nakaramdam ako ng pagsama din ng pakiramdam at pananakit ng leeg at likod ito naman ay sinabi ng duktor na mararanasan  sa panahon ng therapy.

Arthritis sakit na ng may idad

Isa sa sakit na ng may idad ay ang "arthritis" o rayuma sa tagalog. Isang uri ng karamdaman. Katangian ng sakit na ito ang pagkakaroon ng mga pamamaga sa mga kasu-kasuan na nagiging sanhi ng kawalan ng kakayahang maiunat o maibaluktot at paninigas ng bahaging ito ng katawan ng tao

Paglilinaw sa Termino ;
Sa larangan ng medisina, may pagkakaiba ang mga kapangalanang rayuma at artritis. Bagaman tila magkasingkahulugan ang salitang rayuma at artritis, partikular na tumukoy ang artritis sa mga pamamaga at pagkasira ng mismong mga kasu-kasuan,[3] o isang katayuan o kalagayan kapag namamaga ang lahat ng mga lamuymoy o tisyu ng isang kasu-kasuan. Maaaring maging sanhi ng pagkakaroon ng artritis ang gawt, rayumatismo, tuberkulosis, isang kapinsalaan sa katawan o bahagi ng katawan, at iba pang mga tagapagdulot nito.[4]

Samantalang isang malawak na kapangalanan o katawagan ang rayuma, na tinatawag ding kapansanang rayumatiko (kilala sa Ingles bilang rheumatic disorder), sa mga malawakang o di-mapantukoy (hindi-espesipiko) na suliraning pangkalusugan at gamutang nakakaapekto hindi lamang sa mga kasu-kasuan, kundi pati na rin sa puso, buto, bato, balat, at baga. Bilang sangay ng agham ng panggagamot, tinatawag na rayumatolohiya ang pag-aaral at pagbibigay lunas sa ganitong mga kapansanan.[3]

“Laging sinasabi Cervical Spondylosis pero ang common term nito ay arthritis. Kung cervical sa leeg, kung lumbar sa likod. Lahat halos ng Pinoy alam na ang arthritis sa tuhod o sa balakang lamang. Isipin niyo lang, ito yung arthritis sa leeg,” paliwanag ni Dr. Jose Pujalte, Chief of Clinics ng Philippine Orthopedic Center.
Sa larawang ito makikita ang tinatawag na “disc”. Habang tumatanda ang isang tao ito ay natutuyo. Ang joint naman napupudpod. Ito ang madalas niyong marinig na ‘wear and tear’.
Dagdag pa ni Dr. Pujalte, “Kapag tumanda at natuyo ang disc, itong dilaw na nakikita niyo sa larawan (sa baba) ay babagsak at maiipit. Ito ang tinatawag na pinched nerve.”
Sino ang mga nagkakaroon nito?
  • Matatanda
  • May degenerative joint disease
  • Naglalaro ng sobrang pisikal na sports
  • May history ng neck pain sa pamilya
  • May osteoporosis
  • Naninigarilyo
  • Naaksidente o na-trauma
  • Nagkaroon ng neck injury
  • Madaming neck motion ang trabaho
  • May depresyon
Sintomas
  • Pananakit at paninigas ng leeg
  • Pamamanhid at panghihina ng braso, kamay at daliri
  • Pananakit ng ulo at balikat
  • Hirap sa paglalakad at kawalan ng balanse
  • Spasm o panginginig ng kalamnan ng leeg at balikat
  • Ginigiling at lumalagutok na pakiramdam sa leeg
Mga Pagsusuri
  • X-rays - makikita ang pagbabago sa disc dala ng pagtanda
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)- makikita ang mas malinaw na imahe ng kalamnan, disks, nerves at spinal cord.
  • Computed tomography (CT) scans – ginagamit para tingnan ang buto at spinal canal
  • Myelography – paggamit ng dye sa pagsusuri ng spinal canal at nerve roots
  • Electromyography (EMG)- pag-eksamin sa sa nerve damage
Sanhi ng pagkakaroon ng Arthritis o Rayuma ;

Ang nakikitang sanhi ng arthritis ay sa sinasabing dalawang klase ang "osteoarthritis" ito ang tinatawag na "wear and tear" ibig sabihin sa dalas ng gamit at dahil sa katandaan nagkakaroon ng arthritis.  Ang isa naman ay tinatawag na "rheumatoid"arthritis ay dulot ng autoimmune disorder. Ibig sabihin kapag namaga ang lugar na kung saan may arthritis at ito ay namaga iyon ang pagkilos ng immune system bagamat hindi na kayanin ng sistema. Ang ibang sanhi naman ng arthritis ay mula sa "uric crystals, impeksyon at iba pang karamdaman kagaya ng lups at psoriasis.

Mga Gamutan
Walang operasyon
  • Physical therapy. Pinapalakas at binabanat ang nanghinang o apektadong kalamnan
  • Medications. Paggamit ng Acetaminophen, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) at muscle relaxants
  • Soft Collars. Sandali lamang ang pagsusuot nito dahil nababawasan ang lakas ng neck muscles sa matagalang paggamit
